I enjoyed my stay at best western! the breakfast was a nice perk, with a young lady who did an excellent job stocking everything. the hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. free parking was another bonus! it's conveniently located near the metro station and town square. There's a lovely outdoor swimming pool.

Inside my room, managing the temperature was a hassle, as the thermostat refused to cooperate. Sleeping on a cheap, springy mattress didn't help either. the pillows felt flat and overused. Noise from neighboring rooms made for a restless night, as the walls seemed thin, cutting into what should've been a relaxing stay. Despite the hotel’s no smoking policy, I was frustrated by the strong smell of weed on the 7th floor, seeping into our room even after complaints. Lastly, parking at the metro could add up, so keep that in mind when budgeting your stay.

In my wife's opinion, a kid-friendly menu at breakfast would be great.
